Vacation Pics

I promised y'all vacation pics...

That's inside the Springfield Airport.
There's the view from the balcony outside our room in the condo the family rented for our stay.
Above is the sun setting over the gulf as seen from the balcony.
Here's ^ a dude parasailing as seen from the balcony.
This is the view we had walking down the beach.
There I am at the public docks on Clearwater Lake.
Above is an osprey and her chick shot from the parking lot of Publix in Dunedin (pronounced Done-Eden).
And that, my friends, says it all.  We're home now and all that's left is a couch on the beach.  ;o)

  1. There's a couch on the beach? Did you guys fold up the condo and take it with you? LOL

Great photos, B.E.! Thanks for sharing :)

    1. That couch was there the whole time and people would just come along and sit on it - which was interesting after the rainstorm. I wish we could've folded up the condo. It was huge. ;o)

      Thanks, Janet!

    1. We did have a nice time, Karyn. Being right on the beach was awesome, but whoa was it pricey. I kinda feel refreshed, but I'm also still vacation-lagged. LOL

  3. My mother-in-law lived in Dunedin. The gulf coast is really nice, but it's still hotter than blazes in July, let me tell you!

Never thought to take a picture of the airport, though. :) And to think I was in 4 different airports on my trip! Haha!

    1. Too cool, Stacy. I only really stopped in Dunedin because of a detour, but what a pretty town. I bet it's ungodly there in the summer.

LOL, I guess I just take pics in the airport because waiting for the plane is so boring.

  4. There are times when I think I could live at the beach. I love the pic with the couch. LOL Left over from spring break probably. Glad to have you home!

    1. I'd love to live at the beach, Silver, if we could keep it all to ourselves. As for the couch, I think it's a permanent fixture. The municipal beach sweeper dude moved it back when it was out of place and he always swept around it.

Oh, I am so glad to be back. I mean, it's nice to be away, but I love home. =o)
