I like the idea of the mixed nuts. Have you considered using Mountain Trail Mix in your bars? Grab a bag a WW and give it a try.

I was checking on my peonies yesterday. I have two big blooms but more buds so I was making sure they are still "growing" and will bloom. While out there, I discovered that the wild grape vine had taken over my heritage rose bush so I started ripping and tearing. Ended up with a couple of sprays of honeysuckle in the process. I brought those in, dunked 'em water in a tall vase and put them in window above the kitchen sink. Now I get the joy of honeysuckle scent since it's too hot to have the window open to enjoy it in my office.

Pistol Pete is now our garage cat. LG is looking for a replacement cat door for the garage door. We had one for years but it finally fell apart and he screwed metal sheets over it. Shylock also sneaks in and sleeps in there at night. Also, Pete now gets gushy food in the mornings because LG thought I was mean to give it to the ferals on the front porch but not Pete. He'll never leave now. LOLOL Someday, we hope he'll venture inside and he and Loki will make friends. We'll see. Loki is sorta like "Uh uh. Don't want nuthin' to do with whatever that orange thing is. Nope. Nada."

I hope to finish revising ASSASSIN'S MOON today. We'll see. My Cards play at noon, and the Big 12 Softball Championship tournament also starts at noon. I can stream the games on ESPN+ so yay but many distractions.

Also, arthritis in my right hand is acting up. Using the mouse and certain "streatches" with my fingers while typing is making for ouchies, as does closing and opening my fist. Sucks to get old.

That's pretty much my this for this Thursday. Off to finish my "rounds" then time for a coffee refresh and off to work. Later, tater!Silver Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15606837105470988646noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6076293789081887442.post-36083948058869222752022-05-12T07:37:23.913-05:002022-05-12T07:37:23.913-05:00re: "I was doing some research and it lead m...re: "I was doing some research and it lead me to believe that having that post out there in the world was not in my best interests."

I'm not sure what that means but your post is still on my blog reader. I guess these things never really disappear anymore.

But I understand about being paranoid. I tend to err on the side of caution nowadays.

Lately, Facebook's new pic profile feature is all the rage and I see all these people hopping on the bandwagon.

But it seems the company behind the free app is Linerock Investments and it's based in Moscow. How safe is your FB information now, especially given the current tensions?Maria Zanninihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01604862636922299273noreply@blogger.com
