I've managed two days on the gazelle--30 minutes each day. My calves are killing me but I'll get back on it today. I'm trying towarch my carbs. Carbs are bad for me to begin with but...bread! And pasta! Ah well. I'm going to San Diego in July and the hotel is on the beach. Not that I'll appear in a swimsuit, but I'd like to be able to sightsee and enjoy myself. Plus, dashing through airports. So...yeah. I hope you stick to it! Exercising is SO...Congrats! I hope you stick to it! Exercising is SO hard, but very necessary (along with eating smaller portions/more greens). I have the hardest time motivating myself to exercise because it's boring. I'll go on walks or go swimming or something, but weights and repetitive sit ups just bore the ever loving crap out of me. I need to find some sort of sport I enjoy. Like, I think I'd like kickboxing or some sort of other fighting thing like that.<br />Anyway, I totally admire you for sticking to it! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
